I am considering this pistol just turned 30 single father and with how Americas crime is dramatically increasing I need a concealed carry as a TN native I should use my constitutional rights to defend my family. Found a deal used for one with 2 19 capacity mags for 350. Is there an ideal holster for this firearm you could recommend me?

It looks clunky. The transition from the cylinder to the grip could've been smoother. It's too squared off. Knock off Ruger Red Hawk. The trigger guard is too big. An ugly revolver with brass lipstick accents.

Notice at 16:26 the shiny silver wear spots in the upper inside of the slide as he installs the barrel, that wear can be from no lube on top of barrel (rear) near lockup lug. I put a spot of good quality gun grease, or oil, on the barrel to reduce the wear.

someday maybe the power of the gun invented from rechargeable usb...electrical.. lower cost.

I've been thinking of getting a budget 9mm pistol, but am not interested in Hi-Point or SCCY junk, so the Security 9 and the G3 are my two finalists. Your demonstration of how much easier it is to take apart and reassemble the Taurus has me leaning that way strongly.

I bet a million people have said this but I'd like to see this in 10MM. I really liked the Highpoint in 10MM. It is a solid little gun. 10MM has always been a hot little round that seems great for PCC's. I would have loved to get ahold of an MP5 cambered in 10MM like the FBI had for a short time. Smith & Wesson already makes an awesome 10MM in their M&P 2.0. The M&P 10MM 2.0 is actually my EDC so it would be cool to get a big brother for it

There are 3 local shops that have have these since they were introduced. Nobody looks at them. Nobody buys them. I have looked them over . And they are basically H&R, Heritage, Carter Arms quality. At twice the price. Very disappointing to say the least. Henry's quality has really slipped the last 3 years. They need to drop the gimmicky guns. And get back to upgrading their QC. At meeting their customers demands.

I just got it and it will not charge. Charging light flickers(not red or green).

I own two, one for home (no safety), one for car (with safety).

Good overview. I carried an LCP Max for a while, but the Sig P365 9mm, at almost the same size, took over that duty. That being said, I occasionally carry the original LCP when dressing light.

Except it's not a vintage look. That's just people saying walnut and brass is "vintage", it looks chunky and angular--very modern to me and, rather ugly.

I have a 1989 series 5.5 target model. It does not have a magazine disconnect. I think you can disable the disconnect by removing the right side grip panel then a piece of the mechanism between the magazine and trigger. At least that’s the way it looked in the parts breakdown. The original bookmark did not come with “ears“ but just a smooth slide which was hard to cock for people with arthritis etc. There are three slides available (he has the second interation)and you can interchange them. Much better now.

I understand the Storm better than when it was first released. It's baby brother to the 92's. Instead of military length 5" barrels, we get 4", 3.5" class, and 3" barrels. The longer versions, like the 92, don't tilt the barrels. All 3 versions, and the 92, have identical controls - slide mounted decockers with or without the safety (at least G variants for the two larger ones). This consistency of controls is huge, even if the Apex changed it up completely.
